Bulldogs can not tolerate the heat and humidity of San Antonio. Bulldogs easily get heat stroke and die.
They need to be kept in the house and let out for five to ten minutes at a time. If they are out any longer than ten minutes, the owner needs to be outside with the dog. If they are panting continuously, take them back in the house.
NEVER transport a bulldog in the back of a pickup truck. The bulldog must be in the air conditioned cab.
